Explosion at Russian oil refinery, 1 killed
An explosion hit Russia’s Angarsk Oil Refinery owned by state oil company Rosneft in eastern Siberia Sunday, killing one person, authorities said. The roof measuring 120 sq metres collapsed at the plant. There is reportedly no threat of any more explosions or harmful emissions.
